NATIONAL CAMPAIGNS

 

HALLOWEEN

Between 2023 and 2024, I designed Halloween campaigns for multiple UK nightclubs, developing 2 to 3 unique themes each year. Using Adobe Photoshop, I created bespoke scenes that were adapted across social media assets, website graphics, and printed posters for venue promotion. The animated GIF showcases my design process, demonstrating how layered compositions built each scene. As part of the campaign, I also designed limited-edition ‘Blood Bag’ cocktails in collaboration with Bacardi rum, which included both the custom cocktail packaging and promotional tent cards displayed at the bars. Compared to 2022 when the campaign last ran, we sold 990% more, which resulted in 5057 Blood Bags sold!

 

Diageo Winter

During the 2023 festive season, I designed a nationwide campaign for Diageo to promote a selection of spirits across REKOM UK bars. Running throughout December, the first phase highlighted trending cocktails while the second focused on festive serves. With only bottle imagery provided, I developed the creative direction, sourcing and editing drink visuals to bring the campaign to life. Using Adobe Photoshop and stock photography, I created modern gradient podium scenes that showcased the products, enhanced with falling snow, delicate illustrations, and key cocktail ingredients.

 

BACARDI SUN

Following the success of the Halloween Blood Bags, Bacardi returned in 2024 with a summer campaign featuring the bespoke ‘Bacardi Sun’ cocktail bag. Inspired by their festival activation, Casa Bacardi, the design incorporated grand archways, vibrant Cuban-inspired patterns, colourful walls, and Havana flowers. The result was a bold and eye-catching design that captured the brand’s energy and stood out both across social media and as a striking feature on the bars.

 

Margarita Week

To promote Margarita Week in 2024, I designed bespoke Margarita cups featuring a lime mascot named Juan, created to elevate the new Margarita cocktails being launched across venues. Time was critical on this project, with only three weeks from concept to completion and rollout in venues, so I had to move quickly and make decisive design choices to bring it to life.

I focused primarily on strong typography and incorporated stock assets where possible to add illustrative character, quickly and effectively. As no photography of the Margaritas was available, I illustrated the drinks myself to feature across posters and supporting promotional materials.

 

QUEENS JUBILEE

In 2022, I designed a nationwide campaign to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee, rolled out across multiple UK nightclubs. The objective was to drive ticket sales and build excitement around the Jubilee bank holiday weekend. Drawing inspiration from Jamie Reid’s iconic Sex Pistols artwork, I developed the bold ‘Royal Rave’ concept, which was applied across a wide range of assets including social media, posters, t-shirts, cocktail menus, and large-scale venue banners. This campaign was both creatively rewarding and impactful, bringing a distinctive idea to life across venues nationwide.
